The British College Sustainability Unit Partners with Sustainability Solutions for Workshop on Design Thinking and SDGs

On November 29, 2024, The British College (TBC) Sustainability Unit collaborated with Sustainability Solutions to host an engaging workshop on Design Thinking and the Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs). This session was part of the mentorship program conducted by Sustainability Solutions, a leading consultancy specializing in ESG and business sustainability.

The workshop was facilitated by Ms. Sunita Basnet, Head of Sustainability and Senior Faculty at TBC, who also serves as a mentor in the program. The session aimed to explore the integration of design thinking principles with the SDGs, equipping participants with practical tools to conceptualize and develop social green enterprises.

Participants hailed from diverse fields, including engineering, environmental education, development work, and knowledge management. This variety enriched the discussions, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to sustainability challenges.
