Introduction

Shweta Dhoubhadel is a development professional with over 15 years of experience advancing inclusive, equity-centered, data-driven, and evidence-based sustainable development across South Asia and the Pacific. She currently serves as Development Coordination Officer for Results, Data, and Reporting at the United Nations Resident Coordinator’s Office in Nepal, supporting the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework through strategic use of data, results-based planning, and strengthened collaboration across UN agencies and national partners. She has worked with many international NGOs, global consulting firms, and academic institutions—such as CARE, WWF, Save the Children, Winrock International, Deloitte, Palladium, GFA Consulting, Texas A&M University, University of London, University of Sussex and Tribhuvan University. Shweta holds master’s degrees in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and Environmental Science from Tribhuvan University.
