By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

1. Reflect on the concept of sustainability leadership, and recognise that leadership can emerge at all levels, not just top-down. Identify leadership qualities and actions needed to drive sustainability transitions across sectors and communities.
2. Analyse real-world examples of leadership in action, understanding what drives change and who is often overlooked or excluded in leadership narratives.
3. Explore their own role in leading sustainability efforts, whether as students, educators, entrepreneurs, or citizens.
4. Formulate personal or group-level commitments to lead or support sustainability initiatives in their spheres of influence.
